Introducing the Data Dashboard.
What is the Data Dashboard?
The Data Dashboard is a powerful tool that presents complex data in a visually appealing and easily digestible format.
By consolidating key metrics in one place, it enables swift identification of prevalence rates, trends, gaps, and opportunities, fostering informed decision-making and ensuring alignment with organisational goals, patient care planning and reporting.
COPE is focused on drawing insights from the large-scale data collected by the iCOPE Platform. These insights can assist health services to:
- Better understand the clinical profile of their clients.
- Identify trends in screening rates.
- Determine knowledge gaps, and training and education opportunities for clinicians.
- Inform service development based on evidence and the unique needs of their client population.
- Track patient outcomes.
How the Data Dashboard can help your health service

Identify trends and prevalence rates
- Meet your reporting obligations surrounding screening.
- Understand more about client screening outcomes.

Identify gaps and opportunities
- Identify areas of need for those in your care
- Identify training needs for staff relative to screening outcomes

Inform decision making
- Inform referral pathways.
- Enhance models of care.
Once COPE has received your de-identified data:
- Data will be cleaned and displayed for your specific service or jurisdiction.
- Here, your data will be summarised in tables and graphs so that it can be easily analysed and understood for presentation to your team.
- Reports can be generated to share with your stakeholders and provided at regular intervals to support your reporting needs and obligations.
COPE’s Data Dashboard Service is fully funded under the Perinatal Mental Health Check Program and is available to your health service
at no cost.
